All TMS operatives are trained to NHSS Sector Scheme 12AB/D standards and hold NRSWA qualifications, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and competence required to work safely and effectively within the traffic management industry. All operatives are also required to hold a full UK driving licence.
We are always interested in hearing from motivated and reliable individuals looking to build a career in traffic management. Successful candidates must be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and occasional unsociable hours to meet operational requirements. Applicants should ideally be based within the Kent or Sussex area.
No previous traffic management experience is required, as full training will be provided to the right candidates.
